Come enjoy a chill afternoon of stitching and short films with me at @kwartzlab!

All skill levels welcome, whether you already love to mend or are not sure how to get started.

I'll be focusing on hand-patching techniques and would love to help you learn. Hemmed patches, running stitch textures, turned appliqué, reverse appliqué: we've got lots of room to play when it comes to linen and other woven textiles.

Bring your mending or other WIP and join us to stitch and watch some classic NFB shorts, with time to chat and troubleshoot in between.

Basic haberdashery will be available to share, in addition to vegan snacks. Bring your own supplies if you need a colour match or anything else more specific.
