The Kingfisher fanny pack is a perfect size to keep your essentials close at hand while you're touring the town, or puttering around the house. It's a great size for snacks and other key items when out birding or just wandering about, and it's comfortable to wear while cycling.

This is an original Worth Mending design, cut and sewn by Elysha. They're built to last with quality YKK zippers, solid brass D-rings, magnet snaps, and thick vegetable-tanned leather belt loops that will naturally deepen in colour over time.

Understated seams and other details left over from the denim's past life are a perfect canvas for embellishment such as embroidery, patches and pins so you can really make it yours.

Belt is not included, so you can choose your own favourite belt that fits your size and style.

Please note, these bags were difficult to photograph flat! Refer to the modelled photos for what they look like on., and forgive any asymmetry in the product photos: they're symmetrical, it's just the photo angle!

Kingfisher : a boldly coloured, small- to medium- sized bird with a large head and long, sharp bill. There are many different species of Kingfishers all over the world; where I'm from we have the Belted Kingfisher. I love listening for their distinctive rattle, and watching for them fishing rivers. And with a name like that, I couldn't miss the opportunity to name this design after them!
